摘要
针对人字闸门底枢结构特点,采有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对人字闸门底枢的三维非线性接触分析模型进行建立。使用有限元计算方式,在Static Structural(ANSYS)中对人字闸门底枢的接触应力进行仿真计算,获取了轴瓦、蘑菇头不同部位接触应力大小、位置、分布计算结果。从有限元计算结果和经验公式计算结果的分析中发现两种方法结果相近,表明用ANSYS Workbench对人字闸门底枢接触问题进行数值分析是可行的,计算结果符合底枢在真实情况下的受力;在满足一定的工程精度条件下,可采用人字闸门底枢有限元仿真来快速获得相关结果,具有一定的工程参考价值。
In view of the structure characteristics of the bottom hinges of miter gates,and the three-dimensional nonlinear contact analysis model of a bottom pivot of miter gate was established in ANSYS Workbench software.Using the finite element calculation method,the contact stress of the bottom pivot of the miter gate was simulated in Static Structural(ANSYS),and the contact stress,position and distribution calculation results of different parts of the bottom hinge and mushroom head were obtained.From the analysis of finite element calculation results and empirical formula calculation results,it is found that the two have good consistency,which indicates that the numerical analysis of the bottom pivot contact problem of the miter gate is feasible,and it coincides with the stress of the actual situation.Under the condition of satisfying certain engineering precision,the finite element simulation of the bottom pivot of the miter gate can be used to quickly obtain the relevant results,which has certain engineering reference value.
