乘用车直行超车转向盘转角安全域研究 被引量:1

摘要 为获得乘用车在城市主干道安全超车时的转向盘转角安全域,降低因驾驶员对转向盘操作不当而引起的交通事故发生率,将车辆动力学模型与转向系统模型相结合,并用轮胎魔术公式建立了乘用车安全超车的运动学模型,然后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件与Carsim软件对乘用车超车模型进行了联合仿真,研究超越车以不同车速进行超车时的轨迹及转向盘幅度变化情况,最后进行了实车道路试验。分析表明:在许可的横向位移范围内,当乘用车分别以50km/h,55km/h,60km/h,65km/h的速度超车时,所对应的转向盘转角安全范围分别为:(50~64)°,(54~68)°,(57~71)°,(62~75)°。 In order to obtain the steering wheel corner safety area of passenger cars in the urban main road and to reduce the traffic accident rate caused by the improper operation of the steering wheel,the vehicle dynamics model is combined with the steering system model and the tire magic formula is used to establish the kinematic model of passenger car safety overtaking,then MATLAB/Simulink software and Carsim software are used to simulate the overtaking model of passenger cars,the trajectory of overtaking vehicle at different speeds and the amplitude change of steering wheel were studied.Finally,the road test is carried out.Analysis shows that:within the permitted lateral displacement range,when the passenger car is overtaking at 50km/h,55km/h,60km/h,65km/h,the steering wheel angle safety range is respectively(50~60)°,(54~66)°,(56~69)°,(62~75)°.
