摘要 变极性钨极惰性气体保护焊(VP-TIG)在铝合金焊接时涉及大量的工艺参数,文章系统的研究了焊接速度和峰值电流幅值对熔深、熔宽及阴极清理宽度的影响规律。结果表明,随着焊接速度的增大,阴极清理宽度减小、富裕清理宽度变化不显著,且熔宽对焊接速度响应迅速;随着峰值电流的增大,阴极清理宽度与直流钨极接正(DCEP)阶段的电弧最大直径存在正相关关系;对于特定焊接电流参数,可以采用改变焊接速度补偿焊缝形貌。研究结论为单道焊缝形貌控制及后期多道堆焊成形奠定工艺基础。 Variable polarity tungsten inert gas welding(VP-TIG)involves a large number of process parameters in aluminum alloy welding.This paper systematically studies the influence of welding speed and peak current amplitude on the penetration depth,weld width and cathode cleaning width.The results show that with the increase of welding speed,cathode cleaning width reduced and rich width did not change significantly,and the weld width responds rapidly to the welding speed;With the increase of the peak current,there is a positive correlation between the cathode cleaning width and the maximum diameter of the arc in the stage of DCEP.For the specific welding current parameters,the welding speed can be changed to compensate the weld morphology.The research results lay a foundation for the control of single weld shape and the process of multi-channel welding in later period.
