摘要
为提高立体车库的管理和维护效率,增加立体车库的运行可靠性,对立体车库的远程监控技术进行了研究,提出了集远程监控、视频监控、状态监控于一体的立体车库远程监控系统。通过分析系统功能,确定了立体车库远程监控系统的总体方案,完成了监控数据的选择、基于力控组态的软件设计以及基于GRM400无线通讯模块的监控系统的通讯设置,实现了智能立体车库远程监控系统的研发。系统经现场实际应用,运行平稳可靠,操作方便,具有较强的应用价值。
In order to improve the efficiency of management and maintenance,insure the running reliability of the intelligent three-dimensional garage(ITG),remote monitoring system of ITG was designed and researched,a remote monitoring system which integrates remote monitoring,video monitoring and condition monitoring is proposed.According tosystem function analysis,the general scheme was identified,the selection of monitoring data,the software design based on Force Control Configuration and the communication settings of the monitoring system based on GRM400 wireless communication module were completed,which lead to development and implementation of the system.The practical application shows that the system has stable and reliable performance and convenient operation,has an important referenced value in the actual application.
