摘要
混凝土预应力管现普遍应用于水利工程,为了更好更快的完成对该类型管道的起重和运输,需要设计一种新型轮胎式行车。该轮胎式管道起重运输车为仿龙门式起重机,车架主梁采用箱型梁,双小车结构负责起升工作,三角星型底架结构实现更方便灵巧的转向性能,使运输能实现更灵活的自由移动。用catia建立了新型轮胎式管道运输车的三维仿真模型。由于轮胎式起重运输车对管道的起升过程中,主梁承载了极大载荷,采用ANSYS对所设计的新型轮胎式管道起重运输车的起升过程进行动力学分析,主要包括模态分析和瞬态分析。模态分析获取其前六阶固有频率与模态振型,瞬态分析获取其起升瞬态过程中车架结构的应力应变和位移情况,结果显示,其结构稳定且满足强度和刚度要求。
Concrete prestressed pipe is widely used in water conservancy project construction,in order to lifting and transportationprestressed concrete pipebetter and faster now design a new type of tire traffic.The wheel type pipeline crane truck for imitation of Gantry crane,main girder are box girder and double trolley structure,nimble star triangle chassis structure are for steering performance,make cornering ability more flexible to achieve freedom movement.A simulation model of the new type of tire pipeline transportation crane is established by using CATIA.Due to the main girder bear great loadin the hoisting process,using ANSYS dynamic analysis on the process of rise,mainly including modal analysis and transient analysis.The stress,strain and displacement of the frame structure in the transient process are obtained.The results show that the structure meets the requirements of strength and stiffness.
