船式拖拉机船体行驶阻力性能优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 以船式拖拉机船体为研究对象,采用Fluent模拟船体在水田泥浆土壤环境下的流场模型,并讨论船体底板倾角和行驶速度对船体行驶阻力的影响。研究结果表明:在相同工况速度下,行驶阻力随倾角增大而逐步减小,且当倾角增大为30°时减阻率可达16.76%;随船体行驶速度增大,其行驶阻力增大而且减阻效果趋于稳定。研究表明改变船体倾角可有效改善船体在不同工况下的行驶阻力,对船式拖拉机船型减阻设计和实际应用均具有一定的指导意义。 In order to research the relationship among different inclination angles on boat-tractor bottom hulls,working speed and the driving resistance,the flow filed models of these hulls and paddy filed are established by the Fluent software.The results show that the driving drag forces decrease with the increase of the inclination angle on boat-tractor bottom hulls at the same working speed;and the inclination angle of 30 degree shows the most notable drag reduction performance,which the the drag reduction rate is 16.76%;The driving drag forces increase with the increase of the driving speed,and the drag reduction performance of the inclination angle of 30 degree bottom boat-tractor hull at working speed tends to be stable.The research of the drag reduction performance has a guiding significance for both drag reduction design of boat tractor hull and practical application.
