学校认同与高校发展——基于辽宁省部分高校教师学校认同度的调查

School Identity and Development of Colleges and Universities——An Investigation on School Identity of Teachers from Some Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province

摘要 高校教师是高等教育发展的关键要素,教师学校认同度是影响高校教师队伍建设的重要因子。基于辽宁省高校发展及教师流动现状分析,对部分高校教师进行学校认同度的调查发现:学校的未来发展前景是影响教师选择院校的主要因素;教师对学校的总体认同度及对学校内部教学、文化、管理方面的认同度受学校软硬件方面的综合影响。因此,为了提升教师对学校的认同度,高校应注重内外兼修,关心教师本体诉求,并为教师发展创造更好的人文环境,从而提高学校发展的整体质量,促进高校自身的可持续发展。 College teachers are the key elements in the development of colleges and universities,and teacher school identity is an important factor affecting the construction of college teachers.Based on the analysis of the current situation of university development and teacher mobility in Liaoning province,it is found that the future development prospect of the school is the main factor influencing teachers’choice of colleges and universities,and the teachers’recognition of the whole school,teaching and environment,culture and management is influenced by the school’s hardware and software.Therefore,to promote teachers’recognition of the school,colleges and universities should pay attention to both internal and external repair,care for the demands of teachers’ontology,and create a better humanistic environment for teachers’development,so as to improve the school the overall quality of development,and promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities themselves.
