摘要
OBE学习产出理念是我国教师教育的三大指导理念之一。教师教育,从世界范围来看,是继1966年国际劳工组织和联合国教科文组织提出教师专业化之后的理论和实践演进,是师范教育发展的时代产物,其意义在于促进教师专业化和教师质量提升。在我国,教师教育是在素质教育大背景下,新基础教育改革推进的几十年中,课程改革、课堂教学改革对教师提出诸多新要求之后的产物,是实践需求基础上的理论发展产物,是职前的师范教育与职后的教师教育一体化发展的结果。具体体现在师范专业认证上,产出导向与学生中心、可持续发展共同构成三大认证理念。产出导向,是三大理念的桥梁,既体现学生中心,又体现改进的持续性,是教师教育改革的抓手。
The concept of outcomes-based education(OBE)is one of the three guiding concepts of teacher education in China.Teacher education is the evolution of theory and Practice of teacher professionalization provided by ILO and UNESCO from a worldwide perspective in 1966.It the product of the times and its connotation is the improvement of professionalization of teachers and the quality of teachers.However,it is the result of the development of normal education and integration of teacher education in China.It is the product of the theoretical development product based on the practical needs in the process of quality education and the new basic education reform in which the curriculum reform and the classroom teaching reform put forward many new requirements for teachers.It is the result of the integration of pre-service teacher education and post-employment teacher education.Together with the student center and sustainable development,they constitute the three certification concepts in the professional certification of the teacher.The OBE concept is the bridge of the three concepts.It not only reflects the student center,but also the continuity of improvement.It is the starting point for the reform of teacher education.
