中部崛起业绩、航标与安徽争先的政策着力点

Central China Rise’s Achievements and Navigation Mark and Anhui’s Policy Focus

GDP、工业增加值增速、财政收入、固定投资、房地产投资、社会消费品零售额、居民可支配收入、上市公司数量、省会城市辐射力是测度经济发展水平的重要指标。对照上述经济指标,2008—2018年,中部地区不仅整体业绩欠佳,而且内部发展差距明显,河南暂且领先,湖北、安徽、湖南紧随其后,江西、山西呈尾随态势。2019年5月,习近平总书记在江西考察时提出的八条指导意见是新时代中部六省发展的新航标。依照新航标,基于安徽的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,秉持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念是助力安徽中部争先的政策着力点。

GDP,growth rate of industrial added value,fiscal revenue,fixed investment,real estate investment,retail sales of social consumer goods,disposable income of residents,number of listed companies,radiation power of provincial capital cities are the important indicators to measure the level of economic development.According to these indicators,China’s central region did not make great achievements from 2008 to 2018,and showed an obvious difference in the internal development,with Henan taking the lead and Hubei,Anhui,Hunan,Jiangxi and Shanxi following after.The Eight Guidelines proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour in Jiangxi in May 2019 are the new navigation mark for the six provinces to achieve Central China rise in the New Era.For Anhui,observing the new navigation mark,taking into consideration all the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and adhering to the concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development,are the policy focus to strive to be the first in the Central China rise.
