特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入预防甲型流感后咳嗽的疗效研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入预防甲型流感后咳嗽的效果,以评价雾化治疗对预防咳嗽症状的贡献度。方法:选取2018年11月1日至2019年2月24日中国人民武装警察部队特色医学中心收治的住院治疗的甲型流感患者(入院时无咳嗽症状) 80例,按照随机数分组法分为常规治疗组和雾化治疗组,每组40例。常规治疗组患者给予常规治疗,雾化治疗组患者在常规治疗组的基础上加用硫酸特布他林雾化液、吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。观察两组患者的咳嗽发生情况、首次发生时间及住院时间。结果:雾化治疗组患者的咳嗽发生率为15. 00%(6/40),明显低于常规治疗组的37. 50%(15/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);雾化治疗组患者平均咳嗽首发时间、平均住院时间明显短于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗方案可以有效降低甲型流感患者咳嗽的发生率。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in prevention of cough after influenza A,so as to evaluate the contribution of aerosol inhalation to the prevention of cough.METHODS: Totally 80 patients with influenza A( without cough symptoms at admission) admitted into Feasured Medical Center of PAP from Nov. 1 st,2018 to Feb. 24 th,2019 were extracted to be divided into the routine treatment group and aerosol inhalation treatment group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each group. The routine treatment group was given routine treatment,while the aerosol inhalation treatment group received terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation based on the routine treatment group. The incidence of cough,time of first occurrence and length of stay of two groups were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The incidence of cough in the aerosol inhalation treatment group was 15. 00%( 6/40),significantly lower than 37. 50%(15/40) of the routine treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The mean time of first occurrence and the mean length of stay in the aerosol inhalation treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the routine treatment group,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively reduce the incidence of cough in patients with influenza A.
