榆黄抗菌散联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗足癣的疗效观察

Efficacy of Qihuang Antibacterial Powder Combined with Miconazole Nitrate Cream in the Treatment of Athlete’s Foot

目的:探讨榆黄抗菌散联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗足癣的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年1月茂名市中医院收治的足癣患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组40例。对照组患者给予硝酸咪康唑乳膏外用治疗,联合治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予榆黄抗菌散治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、真菌清除情况及治愈时间,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1个月后的临床症状与体征评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果:联合治疗组患者的总有效率为97. 50%(39/40),明显高于对照组的82. 50%(33/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。联合治疗组患者的真菌清除率为97. 50%(39/40),明显高于对照组的70. 00%(28/40);联合治疗组患者的治愈时间为(15. 26±1. 04) d,明显短于对照组的(20. 36±2. 62) d,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗1个月后,联合治疗组患者的临床症状与体征评分为(16. 21±0. 84)分,明显低于对照组的(24. 59±1. 39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);联合治疗组患者的生理评分、心理评分和依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:榆黄抗菌散联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗足癣具有良好的临床效果与较高的可行性,不仅能够提高总有效率、真菌清除率和生活质量评分,同时能够降低临床症状与体征评分,并缩短治愈时间。

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Qihuang antibacterial powder combined with miconazole nitrate cream in the treatment of athlete’s foot. METHODS: Totally 80 patients with athlete ’s foot admitted into Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb. 2018 to Jan. 2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the combination group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given miconazole nitrate cream for external treatment,while the combination group received Qihuang antibacterial powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,fungal clearance rate and healing time of two groups were observed. Differences of clinical symptoms,physical signs and quality of life scores before treatment and after treatment of 1 month were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the combination treatment group was 97. 50%( 39/40),significantly higher than that of the control group( 82. 50%,33/40),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The fungal clearance rate of the combination group was 97. 50%( 39/40),significantly higher than that of the control group( 70. 00%,28/40),the healing time of the combination group was( 15. 26±1. 04) d,significantly shorter than that of the control group [( 20. 36±2. 62) d],with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). After treatment of 1 month,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the combination group was( 16. 21±0. 84) scores,significantly lower than that in the control group [( 24. 59±1. 39) scores],and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the physiological score,psychological score and compliance score of the combination group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Qihuang antibacterial powder combined with miconazole nitrate cream in the treatment of athlete’s foot is significant,which can improve the total effective rate,fungal clearance rate and quality of life score,reduce the score of clinical symptoms and signs and shorten the healing time.
