中医药在对比剂肾病防治中的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of ContrastInduced Nephropathy

随着临床CT、磁共振成像使用的增强及介入手术的日益增长,对比剂肾病(contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN)成为医源性肾损伤的重要原因之一,备受关注。水化是国内外指南推荐预防CIN发生的有效手段,既往水化以西药为主。近年来,临床研究结果显示,中医药在CIN的防治中也有一定的作用。本文对中药水化防治CIN的研究进展进行综述,为进一步开发中药水化防治CIN提供新的研究思路。

With the enhancement of CT,MRI and interventional operation,the contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN) has become one of the most important causes of iatrogenic renal injury,which has also received much attention.Hydration is an effective method recommended by domestic and oversea guidelines to prevent CIN,which is dominated by western medicine. In recent years,clinical studies indicate that traditional Chinese medicine has a certain function in the prevention and treatment of CIN. This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for hydratin in prevention and treatment of CIN,so as to provide new research ideas for further development of hydration prevention of CIN.
