摘要
目的探讨急性颅脑损伤患者采用磁共振与CT技术诊断的应用价值。方法2016年6月至2019年3月,112例急性颅脑损伤患者采用抛掷硬币的方式将患者分为2组,将其中56例采用CT技术进行诊断的患者纳入对照组,另外56例采用磁共振进行诊断的患者纳入观察组,比较2组诊断结果,记录两组特殊部位诊断情况。结果不同诊断方式实施后,观察组敏感度与对照组比较明显更高,且漏诊率和误诊率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);2组硬膜外血肿检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脑叶挫裂伤、脑深部挫伤、蛛网膜下腔出血等部位检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急性颅脑损伤患者,采用磁共振对特殊部位的诊断效果与CT诊断技术比较明显更优,其敏感度优于CT诊断技术,且漏诊率和误诊率低于CT诊断技术,为判断患者病情及后续治疗提供重要的参考依据。
Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance and CT in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with acute craniocerebral injury from June 2016 to March 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by tossing coins.Fifty-six patients diagnosed by CT technology were included in the control group,and 56 patients diagnosed by magnetic resonance were included in the observation group.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared and the special parts of the two groups were recorded.Results After the implementation of different diagnostic methods,the sensitivity of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the detection rate of epidural hematoma between the two groups(P>0.05),the detection rate of lobe contusion,deep brain contusion and subarachnoid hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute craniocerebral injury,the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance on special parts is better than that of CT.The sensitivity of magnetic resonance are superior to that of CT,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are lower than that of CT which provides an important reference for judging the patient′s condition and subsequent treatment.
