多层螺旋CT和超声心动图在急诊主动脉夹层的诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉夹层(AD)是临床常见危重心血管疾病之一,具有起病急骤、病程进展快、病情复杂、致死率较高等特点,因此如何早期、正确诊断AD,并及时妥善治疗,有助于改善临床预后[1]。多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和超声心动图(TTE)在心血管疾病临床诊断中有积极价值,且各具优势,对此就近年我院收治的42例AD急诊患者中行MSCT、TTE诊断的临床资料进行回顾性分析,为临床早期正确诊断提供理论依据,现报道如下。
