加米霉素注射液治疗多杀性巴氏杆菌引起牛呼吸道疾病的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 为研究加米霉素注射液治疗由多杀性巴氏杆菌引起的牛呼吸道疾病的临床疗效,将临床确诊患有呼吸道疾病的60头牛随机分成4组,每组15头,分别为加米霉素注射液低剂量组(3 mg/kg·bw)、中剂量组(6 mg/kg·bw)、高剂量组(9 mg/kg·bw)以及替米考星注射液对照组(10 mg/kg·bw)。结果显示,加米霉素注射液低、中、高剂量组对牛呼吸道疾病的治愈率分别为53.33%、86.67%和93.33%,替米考星注射液对照组的治愈率为80.00%。加米霉素注射液高剂量组、中剂量组和替米考星注射液对照组间在治愈率上均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与加米霉素注射液低剂量组相比均差异显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,牛单次皮下注射加米霉素注射液6 mg/kg·bw,可有效治疗由多杀性巴氏杆菌引起的牛呼吸道疾病。 The aim of the experiment was to study the efficacy of gamithromycin injection for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease caused by Pasteurella multocida.Sixty cows with bovine respiratory disease were selected in this experiment and randomly allocated to 4 treatment groups:3mg/kg·bw of gamithromycin injection,6mg/kg·bw of gamithromycin injection,9mg/kg·bw of gamithromycin injection and 10mg/kg·bw of tilmicosin injection.The results showed that the clinical cure rate was 53.33%,86.67%and 93.33%for the high-dose、medium-dose and low-dose groups of gamithromycin injection,respectively.The cure rate for the tilmicosin injection control group was 80%.There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the high-dose group,the medium-dose group and the control group(P>0.05),but the difference was significant compared when with the low-dose group(P<0.05),These data,suggest a single subcutaneous gamithromycin injection of at the dosage of 6mg per kg,has a significant therapy effect against bovine respiratory disease caused by Pasteurella multocida.
