摘要
以柿竹园东波选厂选矿废水为研究对象,采用响应曲面法对Fenton氧化法处理选矿废水的工艺进行优化。以反应pH值、FeSO4·7H2O用量、H2O2用量为影响因素,COD去除率为响应值,通过Box-Behnken响应曲面法建立因素与响应值之间的数学模型,得到最佳工艺条件为:反应pH值2.98、FeSO4·7H2O用量446.76 mg/L、H2O2用量457.66 mg/L,该条件下验证得COD去除率为76.55%,与模型预测值偏差仅1.65个百分点,证明了响应曲面法用于优化Fenton氧化法处理选矿废水工艺的可行性和有效性。
The wastewater generated from Dongbo processing plant of Shizhuyuan Mine was taken for study.Response surface methodology(RSM)was employed to optimize the Fenton reaction for the treatment of beneficiation wastewater.With the reaction pH value,FeSO4·7H2O dosage and H2O2 dosage were taken as influencing factors and COD removal rate as the response,an empirical mathematical model was established between COD rate removal rate and influencing factors with RSM based on Box-Behnken design.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:the reaction pH value of 2.98,FeSO4·7H2O dosage of 446.76 mg/L,H2O2 dosage of 457.66 mg/L.It is confirmed that under the above optimal condition,the COD removal rate can reach 76.55%,with just 1.65 percentage point deviation from the model prediction,which indicates that RSM is feasible and suitable for the optimization of Fenton oxidation process for beneficiation wastewater treatment.
