从尾矿中回收钛铁矿的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 攀枝花某钛铁矿选矿厂尾矿库中尾矿TiO2和TFe品位分别为10.28%和10.38%,采用弱磁选铁-强磁预富集钛-浮选工艺回收其中的铁和钛。弱磁选铁可获得铁品位57.5%、回收率22.19%的铁精矿;弱磁选铁尾矿经强磁预富集得到TiO2品位15.63%、回收率79.69%的强磁钛粗精矿;强磁钛粗精矿经一次粗选一次扫选四次精选浮选闭路试验可获得TiO2品位45.97%、对强磁钛粗精矿回收率76.32%、对尾矿库尾矿回收率60.82%的钛精矿。该工艺实现了钛铁矿尾矿二次资源的综合利用。 In view of tailings grading 10.28%TiO2 and 10.38%TFe from a tailings pond of an ilmenite ore dressing plant in Panzhihua,a processing circuit,consisting of low-intensity magnetic separation(LIMS)for iron processing,high-intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)for pre-enrichment of titanium and flotation for ilmenite processing,is adopted to recover the iron and titanium therein.The LIMS process can produce an iron concentrate grading 57.5%Fe at 22.19%recovery,and the LIMS tailings are then subjected to HIMS for pre-enrichment,resulting in a strongly-magnetic coarse titanium concentrate grading 15.63%TiO2 at 79.69%recovery.The HIMS coarse titanium concentrate are subjected to a closed-circuit flotation adopting one roughing,one scavenging and four cleaning,yielding a titanium concentrate grading 45.97%TiO2,reporting a 76.32%recovery from the titanium coarse concentrate and a 60.82%recovery from the original tailings.The comprehensive utilization of secondary resources of ilmenite tallings can be realized.
