攀西钒钛磁铁矿细泥中钛铁矿的可选性研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对选钛厂浮选给矿细泥含量高的问题,对浮选给矿进行了预富集脱泥除杂试验研究。对比了立环高梯度磁选、ZH平环强磁选和离心重选等工艺的预富集效果,结果表明,ZH平环强磁选的预富集效果较好,经ZH强磁选预富集-浮选选钛,最终可以获得钛精矿品位48.18%、回收率72.43%,实现了该物料的回收利用。 Aiming at high content of slime in the feed for ilmenite processing plant,pre-enrichment experiments were performed for the flotation feed for de-sliming and removal of impurities.Vertical-ring high-gradient magnetic separator,ZH flat-ring high-intensity magnetic separator and centrifugal force gravity separator were respectively adopted in the experiments for investigating their impacts on the pre-enrichment.Results show that ZH flat-ring high intensity magnetic separator can bring a better pre-enrichment effect.The process consisting of ZH high-intensity magnetic separator for〖JP3〗pre-enrichment and flotation for ilmenite results in 72.43%Ti recovery into the final titanium concentrate grading 48.18%Ti.
