基于格林模式的健康教育在女性膀胱过度活动症病人中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究基于格林模式的健康教育在女性膀胱过度活动症(OVB)病人中的护理效果。方法选取我院2017年5~11月于我科门诊确诊的老年女性OAB病人85例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组42例和对照组43例,试验组采用基于格林模式的健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育。比较3个月后2组病人的知信行、OAB症状评分(OABSS)、OAB问卷调查表(OAB-Q)评分变化。结果2组干预前知信行评分、OABSS及OAB-Q评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组知信行评分均较干预前明显增高,OABSS及OAB-Q评分较干预前明显降低,2组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于格林模式的健康教育可以显著改善OAB病人的知信行能力,保障了临床治疗效果。 Objective To study the nursing effect of health education based on PRECEDE-PROCEED model in the female patients with overactive bladder(OAD).Methods A total of 85 female patients with OAB diagnosed in our hospital from May to November 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=43).The experimental group was given health education based on PRECEDE-PROCEED model,while the control group was given routine health education.The changes of scores of knowledge-attitude-behavior(KAB),OAB symptom scale(OABSS)and OAB-questionnaire(OAB-Q)were observed and compared between the two groups after 3 months.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of KAB,OABSS and OAB-Q between the two groups.After intervention,the score of KAB was significantly increased and the scores of OABSS and OAB-Q were significantly decreased in two groups than those before intervention,especially in experimental group(P<0.01).Conclusions Health education based on RECEDE-PROCEED model can significantly improve the knowledge,belief and behavior ability of the patients with OAB,and ensure the clinical therapeutic effect.
