摘要
为解决姬塬油田罗1区块低渗裂缝性油藏在开发过程中注入水沿大裂缝窜流严重、水驱效率低的问题。本文在分析储层地质特征和流体性质的基础上,提出油水井双向调堵、综合治理的技术思路。对调堵工艺参数进行优化,同时优选了堵水剂、调剖剂,堵水剂选择中温凝胶堵水剂G542和高强度有机封口剂G521;调剖剂选择聚合物冻胶调剖剂TP-1和聚合物微球调剖剂WQ-1。现场采用段塞式注入方式,选择注采关系对应明显的注水井X175-15井和油井X175-16井成功实施了双向调堵技术。施工后,油井X175-16井日均增油3.62 t,含水由88.6%下降至54.7%。下降了33.9%;注水井X175-15注水压力提高2 MPa,调堵结束后两个月井组累计增油196 t,取得良好的降水增油效果。该技术为解决低渗油藏裂缝性见水提供了一种新的技术思路,具有一定的推广价值。
In order to solve the problems of the serious injecting water channeling along the artificial fracture direction and poor water-flooding efficiency in Jiyuan low permeability fractured oilfield of reservoir.Based on the analysis of geological characteristics and fluid property of reservoir,proposed the bidirectional profile control and water shutoff,comprehensive treatment technical ideas.Plugging process parameters were optimized,water plugging agent and profile control agent were optimized too.Medium temperature gel plugging agent G542 and high strength organic sealing agent G521 were selected as plugging agent.Polymer gel profile control agent TP-1 and polymer microspheres WQ-1 were selected as profile control agent.By using the method of segment plug injection,water injection well X175-15 and oil well X175-16 which has obvious corresponding injection-production relation were chosen to implement bidirectional profile control and water shutoff technology successfully.After construction,the daily oil production of well X175-16 increased 3.62 t,water content decreased from 88.6%to 54.7%,fell by 33.9%.The pressure of water injection well X175-15 is increased by 2 MPa.The accumulated oil in the total well group increased 196 t after profile control for two months,and obtain significant precipitation and increasing oil production effect.This technology provides a new technical way to solve crack water breakthrough in low-permeability reservoir,and has a certain promotion value.
