摘要
针对川东南深层页岩气储层特点及现场施工工艺要求,室内通过反向乳液聚合法合成出四元耐温耐盐乳液聚合物产品FR-1(AA-AM-AMPS-DAC),并经耐温耐盐评价进行验证,同时对6种表面活性剂、3种页岩抑制剂进行筛选及配伍性研究,最终形成耐温耐盐滑溜水配方:0.07%减阻剂+0.1%表面活性剂+0.3%页岩抑制剂,并对其进行性能评价,减阻率达73.1%。经现场应用表明,滑溜水体系具有高效、低摩阻优势,适合深层页岩气压裂改造要求。
According to the characteristics of deep shale gas reservoirs in southeastern Sichuan and the requirements of field construction technology,FR-1(AA-AM-AMPS-DAC),a temperature resistant and salt tolerant emulsion polymer product,was synthesized by reverse emulsion polymerization in the laboratory,and verified by temperature and salt tolerance evaluation.Through six surfactants and three shale inhibitors,the formula of slip water is formed:0.07%drag reducing agent+0.1%surfactant+0.3%shale inhibitor,and its performance is evaluated.The drag reducing rate reaches 73.1%.Field application shows that the sliding water system has the advantages of high efficiency and low friction,and is suitable for the revamping requirements of deep shale gas fracturing.
