聚合物微球驱多轮次效果变差原因分析

摘要 特低渗油藏聚合物微球驱技术经过多轮次的注入后改善水驱能力减弱、控水增油效果变差。针对技术瓶颈,在深化微球驱机理研究和粒径匹配关系研究基础上,通过调整注入参数,开展注入方式、注入速度与注水技术政策优化,微球驱与多项技术组合,优化后油井见效比例增加,控水增油效果凸显,试验效果有效提升,形成了小粒径、低浓度、长周期的注入工艺参数和微球驱多项技术组合的综合治理技术,丰富了微球驱改善水驱技术体系。 The polymer microsphere flooding technology of the ultra-low permeability reservoir has improved the water flooding capacity after the multiple rounds of injection,and the water control and oil-increasing effect is deteriorated,and the technical adaptability is deteriorated.In view of the technical bottleneck,on the basis of deepening the research on the mechanism of microsphere flooding and the relationship of particle size matching,the analysis of the reasons for the deterioration of the effect is achieved.By optimizing and perfecting the injection parameters,the injection speed is combined with the water injection technology policy,and the injection method and multiple technical combinations are combined.In combination,the field practice shows that the oil well effect ratio increases,the water control and oil increase effect is prominent,the test effect is effectively improved,and the injection process parameters of small particle size,low concentration,long period and micro-ball drive multiple technology combination punching are formed.Governance technology has further enriched and improved the micro-balloon drive to improve the water drive technology system,and has a strong reference for the application of this kind of oil reservoir.
