摘要
东海油气田勘探开发的规模不断扩大,有效利用海上现有的生产平台,充分运用大位移井钻井技术,可以实现对周边油田的勘探开发。但在东海大位移井的钻进作业期间,存在如摩阻扭矩大、井筒清洁状况不佳等问题,针对钻井过程中出现的井筒清洁难点问题,通过随钻工程实时模拟监测、配合工程技术措施和钻井液措施优化,形成了东海超深大位移井井筒清洁关键技术。并成功应用于X井等工程项目,实现作业的安全、高效完成。
The scale of exploration and development of oil and gas fields in the East China Sea keeps expanding.The exploration and development of the surrounding oilfields can be realized by iffectively utilizing the xeisting offshore production platforms and fully utilizing the long-displacement well drilling.But in the East China Sea large displacement wells during the drilling operation,there are such as friction torque,hole cleaning condition,etc.,aiming at the difficulties appeared in the process of drilling hole cleaning problem,real-time simulation through while drilling engineering monitoring,engineering measures and measures to optimize drilling fluid,formed on the East China Sea deep hole cleaning highly-displacement well key technology.And successfully applied to X well and other engineering projects,to achieve the safety of the operation,the completion of the university.
