摘要
介绍了汽车轻量化方案、微发泡的基本原理及工艺过程,研究了闭模发泡剂混合比例对聚丙烯材料力学性能的影响。加入发泡剂后产品质量可以减轻10%左右,但是力学性能,如拉伸、弯曲及低温缺口冲击等性能变差。发泡剂比例在3%以上时,常温缺口冲击强度有50%左右的提升。
This thesis introduces the lightweight scheme of automobile,the basic principle and process of micro-foaming,and the effect of closed mold foaming agent with different mixing ratios on the mechanical properties of polypropylene materials.It is found that the weight of the product can be reduced by about 10%after adding foaming agent,but the mechanical properties such as tensile strength,bending strength and low temperature notched impact strength decrease.When the percentage of foaming agent is above 3%,the notched impact strength at room temperature is improved by about 50%.
