高职高专教育产业化模型构建及演进策略

The Model Construction and Evolution Strategy of Industrialization of Higher Vocational Education

市场环境的变化以及高职高专院校职能的转变,引发了高职高专教育产业化的争论,现有争论并未触及高职高专教育产业化的本质,尤其是如何产业化以及产业化如何演进。本研究在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,进一步剖析了教育产业化的机制与特点,并采用系统研究法构建了高职高专教育产业化的"输入→系统→输出→反馈→再输入"模型。进而在分析整合环境与产业互动的基础上,依据环境的不可预测性和可塑性的交互作用,提出了高职高专教育产业化的演进策略,即针对不同环境不可预测性和可塑性,产业化应采取的演进策略分别有经典型、适应型、愿景型和塑造型等四大类,最后提出了产业化发展相应的对策建议,以期为高职高专教育产业化提供有价值的借鉴。

The change of market environment and the transformation of the functions of higher vocational colleges have triggered the debate on the industrialization of higher vocational education.The present debate has not touched the essence of the industrialization of higher vocational education,especially how to industrialization and how to evolution of industrialization.Based on the review of relevant literatures,the mechanism and characteristics of education industrialization are analyzed in the paper,and the model of higher vocational education industrialization,"input→system→output→feedback→re-input",is constructed by using the systematic research method.Then,based on the analysis of the integration of environment and industry interaction,with the interaction based on environmental unpredictability and plasticity,the evolution strategy of industrialization of higher vocational education is put forward.Namely according to different environmental unpredictability and plasticity,the evolution of industrialization should take strategy respectively by typical,adaptive,vision and shape of four categories.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for industrialization development are put forward,which can provide valuable reference for the industrialization of higher vocational education.
