摘要 中外合作办学是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,其可持续性离不开生态化发展的理念。中外合作办学生态化应坚持办学价值生态化、办学环境生态化和办学目标生态化。实现中外合作办学生态化,必须以机制创新为突破口,调整办学体制机制,实现调控引导生态化;必须合理配置教育资源,调整办学结构,实现贡献水平和资源的科学匹配;必须坚持以生为本,树立生态人才观,实现人才培养生态化。 Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools(CFCRS)is an important part in our education system and its sustainability is inseparable from the concept of ecological development.The Eco-operation of CFCRS should adhere to the ecology of the value of running schools,the ecological environment of running schools and the ecologicalization of the aims of running schools.To implement the ecology of CFCRS,it is necessary to take mechanism innovation as the breakthrough point,adjust the educational mechanisms and achieve their ecological environment;to allocate educational resources rationally,adjust the structure of school-running and make resource and contribution level matching;to stick to student orientation,set up the concept of ecological ideology and realize the ecology of talent training.
