高校学生服务的核心价值及其制度建构

摘要 优化大学生就读经验、提高高校人才培养质量,要求高校学生管理转向学生服务。构建现代学生服务体系是实施高等教育内涵式发展的客观要求。高校实施学生服务的核心价值在于促进学生和谐发展,传统的学生管理弊端正在于背离了学生发展的需求。要推动实现学生管理向学生服务转向,并克服在学生服务探索中存在的理论与实践误区,需要借鉴国外学生服务的经验,在此基础上构建我国的现代学生服务体系,就此提出了确立以学生为中心的指导思想,推动学生管理权责的集中与下移,建设学生学习型社区,强化并优化本科生导师制等具体路径。 The transition from student management to student service is requested by the need to optimize university learning experience and to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Institutional construction of modern student service is the objective demands for realizing connotation development of higher education.The core value of implementing student service is to improve students’harmonious development,whereas traditional student management deviates from the demands of student development.In order to facilitate the transition from student management to student service and avoid theoretical and practical mistakes in exploring better student service models,universities need to learn from student service models of foreign countries to construct student service system in our country.Therefore,this paper points out following measurements such as to establish the student-oriented guiding ideology,to promote the concentration and down-moving of rights and obligation in student management,to build student learning community and optimize tutorial system in college students.
