德沃金阐释性理论对破解体育道德两难困境的启示

Enlightenment of Dworkin's hermeneutic theory on solving the dilemmaof sportsmanship

以伦敦奥运会羽毛球比赛中的让球事件为切入点,探析体育道德两难困境的主要表现及特征。通过对德沃金阐释性理论中规则、原则以及整体性的释义,提出破解体育道德两难困境仅仅依据运动竞赛规则是不够的,应当将规则与原则作为整体,并纳入道德这一柔性手段来共同规范竞技行为,从而促进体育的良性运行与协调发展。

With the concede points event in the badminton competition of London Olympic Games as an example,this paper analyzes the main manifestations and characteristics of the dilemma of sportsmanship.Through the interpretation of Dworkin's hermeneutic theory on rules,principles and wholeness,the author puts forward that it is not enough to solve the dilemma of sportsmanship only according to the rules of sports competition,but should take the rules and principles as a whole and incorporate the flexible means of morality to jointly regulate competitive behaviors,so as to promote the benign operation and coordinated development of sports.
