基于项目为驱动的校企合作创新创业型人才的培养模式的改革与实践

Reform and Practice of the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on Project-driven Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises

人才培养是高校工作的核心重要内容,也是高校教育的根本任务。为了实现院校培养大学工科生满足企业发展的创新创业人才目标,必须重视学生创新源动力的挖掘,学生能力发展是否符合当代企业发展需要,学生能力培养是否有针对性。在上述理念的指导下,文章提出以实际项目驱动学生参与教师校企合作项目的新型培养模式,旨在以西南交大机械学院交通设备与控制工程系学生创新创业人才培养试点为个案,探索西南交通大学拔尖创新创业人才新型培养模式,构建毕业时能满足企业发展需要的人才培养体系,有助于促进学校教育质量的提高,同时也对学校其他系起到示范和辐射作用。

Talent cultivation is the core of college work and the fundamental task of college education.In order to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents that can meet the needs of enterprise development,we must pay attention to the excavation of students'source of innovation.It is necessary to pay attention to whether the development of students'ability is in line with the needs of contemporary enterprise development.It is important to pay attention to whether the ability development of students is targeted.Under the guidance of the above concepts,this paper proposes a new training mode that drives students to participate in teacher-enterprise cooperation projects with practical projects.Taking the pilot project of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training in the Department of Transportation Equipment and Control Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University of Mechanical Engineering as a case,explore the new training mode of the pioneering innovation and entrepreneurship talents of Southwest Jiaotong University,and build a talent training system that can meet the development needs of enterprises.This helps to improve the quality of school education,but also plays a model role in other departments of the school.
