交换生项目是高校联合培养人才的途径之一,是人才培养模式的新探索,交换生的教育管理是高校必然面临的新课题。文章阐述了校际交换生项目的意义,探讨了影响高校之间开展交换生项目效果的诸多教育管理问题,并提出了完善校际交换生教育管理的对策。

Exchange student project is one of the ways to train talents jointly in colleges and universities,and it is a new exploration of talent training mode.The educational management of exchange students is a new subject that colleges and universities must face.This paper expounds the significance of the intercollegiate exchange student program,probes into many educational management problems affecting the effect of the exchange student program between colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the educational management of the intercollegiate exchange student program.
