摘要
为打破制药工程专业人才培养与社会需求衔接不紧密的现状,文章根据制药工程专业培养计划,调整理论教学与实践教学所占比例,以培养创新型、应用型、高质量及对社会需求适应性强的制药工程专业人才为目标,建立“以学生教育为主体、以能力培养为核心”的教学理念,探索出一套多层次、全方位的教学模式。
In order to break the status quo of pharmaceutical professional talents social needs cohesion is not close,according to the education plan of pharmaceutical engineering students,adjust the relationship between theory teaching and practice teaching,to cultivate innovative,practical,high quality and strong adaptability to society demand of pharmaceutical professional talents as the goal,to establish"education on the students as the main body,ability training as the core"of teaching ideas,to explore a multi-level and full range of teaching modes.
