高校女性领导力培养路径的思考与探索

摘要 根据社会上女性领导人才结构性失衡现象,通过分析高校女性领导力培养过程中出现的问题,找出妨碍女大学生领导力培养的因素,从领导力培养的行为维度出发,针对上海部分高校女生领导力问卷调查中出现的四个突出问题,根据易操作性、能记录性、可持续性与擅提高性四个原则,设计与实施了领导力挑战训练6个行为36个要素表,通过数据分析得出训练要素与领导力培养的关系,给出了适合国情的女性领导力培养的相关建议。 According to the structural imbalance of female leaders in society,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of female leadership training in colleges and universities,finds out the factors that hinder the leadership training of female college students,and from the behavioral dimension of leadership training,aims at the four outstanding problems in the questionnaire survey of female students'leadership in some colleges and universities in Shanghai,according to the four principles of ease of operation,recording,sustainability and improvement.This paper designs and implements 36 tables of 6 behaviors in leadership challenge training,obtains the relationship between training elements and leadership training through data analysis,and gives some suggestions on women's leadership training suitable for national conditions.
