摘要
为开发利用某海滨砂矿资源,进行了重选预富集工艺试验研究,确定了合适的重选试验设备和工艺参数。在粗选螺旋给矿浓度为25%、处理能力约2 t/h时,经过螺旋溜槽1次粗选和1次精选重选工艺处理,可获得TiO2品位为27.07%、TiO2回收率为88.92%的钛精矿产品。研究成果为该资源的后续处理提供了数据支撑和技术支持。
In order to develop and utilize the resources of a beach placer,the experiment and research on the process of pre-concentration were carried out,and the suitable test equipment and process parameters were determined.When the feed concentration of roughing spiral ore is 25% and the processing capacity is about 2 t/h,titanium concentrate products with TiO2 grade of 27.07% and TiO2 recovery rate of 88.92% can be obtained through the spiral chute process of 1 coarse separation and 1 selective reseparation.The research results provide data support and technical support for the subsequent processing of this resource.
