冶炼烟尘中的锑、砷综合回收与利用 被引量:5

摘要 在火法炼锑过程中,将会产生大量的高砷含锑烟尘,由于锑、砷的化学性质相似,采用传统的冶炼方法锑回收利用率低,且容易造成环境污染。文章从锑、砷熔、沸点的不同,通过试验探索,高砷烟尘在加热90 min、温度控制在420℃时,采用真空泵抽气的方式将氧化砷蒸气抽出收集,锑、砷回收率分别可达92%和85%以上,该方法锑、砷分离比较彻底,操作简单,没有二次污染,在工艺生产中有较大指导意义。 In the process of smelting antimony by fire,a large amount of arsenic containing antimony dust will be produced.Due to the similar chemical properties of antimony and arsenic,the recovery utilization rate of antimony by traditional smelting methods is low and it is easy to cause environmental pollution.In this paper,from the different melting points of antimony,arsenic,and boiling point,through experimental exploration,high-arsenic soot is heated by 90 min,and when the temperature is controlled at 420℃,arsenic oxide vapor is extracted by vacuum pump.The recovery rate of antimony and arsenic can reach 92% and 85% respectively.The method is relatively thorough and simple to operate.There is no secondary pollution,and it has a great guiding significance in process production.
