摘要
文章创新性采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定森林土壤交换性钾、钠、钙、镁的含量。用1 mol/L乙酸铵溶液浸提土壤中的交换性钾、钠、钙、镁,滤液直接上电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定,方法回收率在97%~100.9%,测定的RSD(n=7)在0.05%~0.61%之间。与火焰光度法结果比对,数据结果良好。该方法简化了样品处理步骤,提高了效率,降低了成本,适合大批量样品分析。
The paper innovatively uses inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy to determine the content of applied potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in forest soil.With 1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution immersed in the soil of the exchange potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium,the filtrate directly on the inductive coupling plasma emission spectrometer,the method recovery rate is between 97%and 100.9%,the measured RSD(n-7)is between 0.05%and 0.61%.Compared with the flame photometry,the data results are good.This method simplifies the sample processing steps,improves efficiency,reduces costs,and is suitable for large-volume sample analysis.
