基于IS-PDCA的卷烟产品质量追溯系统设计

Design of cigarette product quality traceability system based on IS-PDCA

为提高卷烟产品质量追溯的管理能力,提出一种基于IS-PDCA的卷烟产品质量追溯体系。利用IS-PDCA分析卷烟产品质量追溯过程,确定追溯关键环节,并得到产品追溯的资源调度函数,结合RFID技术与资源调度函数定位产品输出得到优化分配策略,对卷烟产品质量自动分类识别,完成基于IS-PDCA的卷烟产品质量追溯系统设计,最后利用二维码技术获取质量追溯结果,实现卷烟产品质量追溯的信息化流程,提高卷烟产品质量追溯控制能力。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行卷烟产品质量追溯的自适应性较好,过程控制能力较强,提高了卷烟产品质量追溯的可靠性。

In order to improve the management ability of cigarette product quality traceability,a cigarette product quality traceability system based on IS-PDCA is proposed.The quality traceability process of cigarette products is analyzed by IS-PDCA,the key links of traceability are determined,and the resource scheduling function of product traceability is obtained.Combined with RFID technology and resource scheduling function,the optimal allocation strategy is obtained.The automatic classification and identification of cigarette product quality is completed,and the design of cigarette product quality traceability system based on IS-PDCA is completed.Finally,the quality traceability results are obtained by using QR code technology.Realize the Informatization process of cigarette product quality traceability and improve the quality of cigarette products quantity traceability control ability.The simulation results show that the method has good adaptability and process control ability,and improves the reliability of cigarette product quality traceability.
