摘要
气体污染已经成为了对环境造成污染的主要原因之一。气体污染来源主要是燃煤烟气产生的硫化气体和氮氧化物气体未经过处理或者处理不当进入空中而对大气造成污染。本文通过一种脱硫脱硝控制系统也即是基于PLC的烟气脱硫脱硝系统的介绍和具体使用过程,使得氮、硝氧化物能够充分进行反应以及物料的充分使用和用量控制,对烟气的脱硫脱硝起到了很好的效果而且节省了资源、减少了二次污染的发生,具有可借鉴意义和参考价值。
Gas pollution has become one of the main causes of environmental pollution. The main source of gas pollution is that the sulfide gas and nitrogen oxide gas generated from coal-fired flue gas enter the air without treatment or improper treatment, causing pollution to the atmosphere. In this paper, a desulfurization and denitration control system, which is a PLC-based flue gas desulfurization and denitration system, is introduced and the specific use process is adopted, so that nitrogen and nitric oxide can fully react and the full use and amount control of materials to desulfurize flue gas.Denitrification has a very good effect and saves resources and reduces the occurrence of secondary pollution, which has reference significance and reference value.
