摘要
梯形螺纹作为传动性螺纹,承载能力较强,传动效率较高,主要用于各类机械设备上传递运动和动力。作为传动零件,精度要求较高,加工制造难度较大,在传统的普通车床上加工,劳动强度较高,加工效率较低,精度很难保证。随着数控技术的发展越来成熟,CAM软件和B类宏程序应用越来越广泛,目前梯形螺纹主要通过宏指令在数控车床上加工,加工速度快,精度容易保证,加工效率较高;本文主要通过作者实践应用总结,以FANUC 0I-MATE-TD系统为例,利用B类宏指令对梯形螺纹进行程序设计。
As a driving thread, trapezoidal thread has strong bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency, which is mainly used to transmit motion and power on various mechanical equipment. As a transmission part, it has high precision requirements and is difficult to process and manufacture. When it is processed on the traditional ordinary lathe, the labor intensity is high, the processing efficiency is low, and the precision is difficult to guarantee. With the development of numerical control technology, CAM software and class B macro program are more and more widely used. At present, trapezoidal thread is mainly processed on the numerical control lathe through macro instructions, with fast processing speed, easy to ensure accuracy and high processing efficiency. This paper mainly summarizes the practical application of the author, taking FANUC 0 i-mate-td system as an example, using class B macro instructions to program trapezoidal thread.
