摘要
网页浏览类业务在LTE网络中占比较高,本文分析网页浏览类业务全流程,挖掘影响用户体验的关键因素,形成评估的关键指标,基于模糊分层评价法,建立网页浏览类业务的用户感知评估体系,以满足移动网页浏览类业务质量评估的要求,通过验证,可提升运营商为网页浏览类业务质量评估能力。
Web browsing business accounts for a relatively high proportion in LTE network. This paper analyzes the whole process of web browsing service, excavates the key factors affecting user experience, and forms the key indicators for evaluation. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a user perception evaluation system for web browsing service is established to meet the requirements of mobile web browsing service quality evaluation. Through verification, Telecom operators can be improved Assess service quality for web browsing.
