摘要
气象保障是各级政府的一项重要职责,是保障民生的重要手段。在气象保障政策和相关实施细则的落实过程中,由于任务过多审查任务量大,手工实现不仅效率低且容易出错。同时,由于缺乏有效的信息管理手段,造成部门间缺乏信息沟通,使得过程中的资格审核和批准缺乏科学性和规范性。因此,实行气象保障信息化全过程管理是解决目前问题的有效途径。
Meteorological information is an important duty of the government’s public service. In the process of the implementation of the meteorological information security policies and implementation details, manual implementation is not only inefficient and error-prone due to the large number of the application families. Meanwhile, due to the lack of effective information management tools, information communication among departments is insufficient, which results in the non-scientific and non-normative process of qualification examination and approval. Therefore, implementation of the meteorological information management is an effective way to solve the current problem.
