高职学生性格优势对生活应激和习得性无助的作用研究

摘要 研究目的:探索高职学生性格优势对生活应激和习得性无助的作用。采用性格优势量表、生活应激量表和习得性无助量表,抽样某高职院校学生1099人,用SPSS19.0作数据分析,用AMOS18.0建立模型。结果:①性格优势与生活应激和习得性无助呈现显著负相关;②性格优势对生活应激和习得性无助具有显著干预效应;③性格优势在生活应激源和习得性无助之间起显著中介作用。结论:开发高职学生的性格优势对其对抗生活应激和习得性无助具有积极意义。
