在妇科腹腔镜患者手术麻醉中开始广泛应用舒芬太尼,能够对气管插管所致应激反应、心血管反应起到抑制效果,降低气腹与体位对生理的影响。舒芬太尼具有较高的脂溶性和镇痛性,不会影响患者心功能,维护血流动力学稳定。舒芬太尼药物不会抑制患者循环功能和呼吸功能,具有良好的镇痛效果,有助于降低不良反应。

Sufentanil has been widely used in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia,which can inhibit the stress response and cardiovascular response caused by tracheal intubation,and reduce the physiological impact of pneumoperitoneum and body position.Sufentanil has high liposoluble and analgesic properties,which will not affect the heart function of patients and maintain hemodynamic stability.Sufentanil does not inhibit the circulatory function and respiratory function of patients.It has good analgesic effect and helps to reduce adverse reactions.
