腹腔镜结肠癌切除术用于高危结肠癌患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Colon Cancer Resection for High-risk Colon Cancer Patients

目的:分析腹腔镜结肠癌切除术用于高危结肠癌患者的临床效果,为高危型结肠癌患者的治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析本院2018年1月~2019年3月83例高危结肠癌患者治疗情况,其中腹腔镜下结肠癌切除术的39例为腔镜组,44例行开腹结肠癌切除术患者为开放组,比较两组手术相关指标,包括手术时间、出血量、淋巴结清扫数,同时比较两组恢复情况,包括术后引流管留置时间、下床活动时间、术后禁食时间及并发症发生率。结果:腔镜组平均手术时间短于开放组,术中平均出血量少于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组淋巴结清扫数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腔镜组术后引流管留置时间、下床活动时间、术后禁食时间均短于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔镜组并发症发生率为10.26%,明显低于开放组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结肠癌切除术可促进高危结肠癌患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,是安全有效的外科治疗方法。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic colon cancer resection in high-risk colon cancer patients,and to provide a reference for the treatment of high-risk colon cancer patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the treatment of 83 high-risk colon cancer patients in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019,of which 39 cases of laparoscopic colon cancer resection were in the laparoscopic group,and 44 patients underwent open colon cancer resection.The patients were in the open group,and compared the surgical-related indicators of the two groups,including the operation time,the amount of bleeding,and the number of lymph node dissections.At the same time,the recovery of the two groups was compared,including the drainage tube indwelling time,the time of getting out of bed,the postoperative fasting time and complications Disease incidence.Results:The average operation time of the endoscopic group was shorter than that of the open group,and the average blood loss during the operation was less than that of the open group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The drainage tube indwelling time,out of bed activity time and postoperative fasting time in the endoscopic group were shorter than those in the open group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was 10.26%,which was significantly lower than the 27.27%in the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic colon cancer resection can promote postoperative recovery of patients with high-risk colon cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,and is a safe and effective surgical treatment.
