网织红细胞的多参数分析在贫血患者临床鉴别诊断中的价值

The Value of Multi-parameter Analysis of Reticulocyte in Clinical Differential Diagnosis of Anemia Patients

目的:研究网织红细胞的多参数分析在贫血患者临床鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年6月48例本院收治的贫血患者(观察组)和48例在本院进行健康体检的体检者(对照组)为研究对象,选择COULTERLH750/LH755全自动血液分析仪和新亚甲蓝-VCS检测方法对两组对象的网织红细胞进行多参数分析,对比两组对象的网织红细胞百分率、网织红细胞绝对数、未成熟网织红细胞百分率等参数指标。结果:在网织红细胞百分率方面,两组之间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);在网织红细胞绝对数、未成熟网织红细胞百分率等方面,观察组的检测值显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对贫血患者的鉴别诊断过程中,对网织红细胞的多参数进行有效分析,诊断价值较大,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the value of multi-parameter analysis of reticulocyte in clinical differential diagnosis of anemia patients.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,48 patients with anemia(observation group)and 48 patients(control group)who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as research objects.COULTER LH 750/LH 755 all automated hematology analyzer and New Methylene Blue-VCS detection methods were selected to perform multi-parameter analysis on reticulocytes of the two groups,and the reticulocyte percentage,absolute number of reticulocytes,immature reticulocyte percentage and other parameter indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in reticulocyte percentage between the two groups(P>0.05).The absolute number of reticulocytes and the percentage of immature reticulocytes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of differential diagnosis of anemia patients,effective analysis of multiple parameters of reticulocyte is of great diagnostic value and is worthy of clinical application.
