Methotrexate Combined with Hysteroscopy or Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的:研究剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)患者的诊断和治疗方案。方法:对2014年1月~2018年6月本院收治的158例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者治疗方案进行总结和分析。结果:根据患者不同病情制定合理治疗方案,可改善患者预后。结论:剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠早期明确诊断、选择合适治疗方法,可有效预防其并发症发生。

Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment plan of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)patients.Methods:A total of 158 cases of cesarean section scar pregnancy patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2018 were summarized and analyzed.Results:Formulating a reasonable treatment plan according to different conditions of patients can improve the prognosis of patients.Conclusion:Definitive diagnosis and selection of appropriate treatment methods for early pregnancy in cesarean scar areas can effectively prevent complications.
