针刺配合中频治疗仪治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Medium Frequency Therapeutic Apparatus on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:分析研究针刺配合中频治疗仪对于类风湿关节炎的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的32例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机等分为参考组、研究组,两组患者采取不同的治疗方式,其中参考组患者采取纯针刺方法治疗,研究组患者采取针刺配合中频治疗仪的治疗方式,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,在VAS评分、压痛关节数目及指数、肿胀关节数目及指数评价指标对比方面,研究组治疗方式较参考组更能缓解患者压痛和肿胀情况,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率(87.50%)高于参考组(68.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯应用针刺的治疗方式相比,针刺配合中频治疗仪在治疗类风湿性关节炎方面效果更佳。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with medium frequency therapeutic apparatus on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:32 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into reference group and study group.The two groups were treated in different ways,in which the reference group was treated with pure acupuncture and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with medium frequency therapeutic apparatus.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed Effect.Results:Compared with the reference group,the treatment in the study group was more effective in relieving the patients'tenderness and swelling in terms of VAS score,number and index of tenderness joints,number and index of swelling joints,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(87.50%)was higher than that of the reference group(68.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of acupuncture alone,the effect of acupuncture combined with medium frequency therapy instrument is better in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
