直线偏光红外线治疗仪在糖尿病合并周围神经病变中的疗效 被引量:4

The Effect of Linear Polarized Infrared Therapy Instrument in Diabetic Patients with Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的:分析直线偏光红外线治疗仪在糖尿病合并周围神经病变中的疗效。方法:选取本院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的60例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者开展对比研究,对照组患者采用常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗基础上采用直线偏光红外线治疗仪进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗有效率以及治疗前后的症状积分和生活质量评分。结果:试验组患者的总治疗有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组患者的76.67%(23/30),P<0.05。治疗后试验组患者的症状积分和生活质量评分分别为(2.32±0.80)和(78.91±6.44),均优于对照组患者的(4.07±1.42)和(66.69±6.59),P<0.05。结论:对于糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者采用直线偏光红外线治疗仪进行治疗可以有效改善患者的治疗效果。 Objective:In order to analyze the effect of linear polarized infrared therapy instrument in diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy.Methods:60 patients with diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected for comparative study.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with linear polarized infrared therapy instrument on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment efficiency,symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.67%(23/30),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and quality of life score of the experimental group were(2.32±0.80)and(78.91±6.44)respectively,which were superior to those of the control group(4.07±1.42)and(66.69±6.59),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
