腹腔镜微创手术治疗胆源性胰腺炎治疗效果研究

The Effect of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery on Biliary Pancreatitis

目的:研究腹腔镜胆囊切除手术对于胆囊结石患者的作用与效果。方法:纳入本院收治的84例胆囊结石病例,抽选时间为2017年12月~2019年7月,42例接受开腹胆囊切除手术的为A组,42例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的为B组,观察比较其结果。结果:在治疗后,B组患者并发症的总发生率对比A组患者更低,具有十分显著性的差异(P<0.05);在治疗后,B组患者各项手术指标对比A组患者更优,具有十分显著性的差异(P<0.05);在治疗后,B组患者复发的总发生率对比A组患者更低,具有十分显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于胆囊结石患者而言,腹腔镜胆囊切除手术能够减少各类并发症的发生,同时,还可以得到更为良好的手术效果,减少复发,建议临床推崇使用。

Objective:To study the effect and effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on patients with gallstones.Methods:Eighty-four cases of gallbladder stones admitted in our hospital were selected from December 2017 to July 2019.42 patients who underwent open cholecystectomy were group A,and 42 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.For group B,observe and compare the results.Results:After treatment,the total complication rate of patients in group B was lower than that in group A,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the various surgical indicators in group B were more than those in group A.Excellent,with a very significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the overall incidence of recurrence in patients in group B was lower than that in group A,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with gallbladder stones,laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the occurrence of various complications.At the same time,it can also obtain better surgical results and reduce recurrence.It is recommended to use it clinically.
