螺旋输送机减速电动机连接轴的断裂失效分析

摘要 螺旋输送机的减速电动机连接轴接连出现断轴问题,经现场拆解观察,从连接轴断裂部位、原设计结构、轴材料、热处理等方面,全面分析断裂原因,并提出合理解决方案。分析认为:连接轴存在材料选择不合理、所选材料成分及热处理不合格、传动结构不合理、电动机固定方式不合理等设计问题。提出的解决措施为:选择更优质的材料和合理的热处理方式,优化结构,合理固定安装减速电动机。 Geared motor’s connecting shaft in screw conveyor has broken problem continuously.According to the on-site disassembly observation,the cause of the fracture is analyzed from the fracture position of the connecting shaft,the original design structure,the shaft material,and heat treatment.Reasonable solutions are proposed.According to analysis,there are design problems such as irrational material selection,unqualified material composition and heat treatment,irrational transmission structure,and irrational motor fixing methods.The proposed solutions include selecting higher quality materials and reasonable heat treatment methods,structural optimization,and reasonable fixed installation of geared motors.
