基于断裂韧性可靠性模型的堆芯筒体快断评价

摘要 针对堆芯筒体材料断裂韧性数据分散性提出了两种断裂韧性可靠性模型,然后结合所提出的模型对堆芯筒体内表面含轴向裂纹进行了断裂力学分析。研究表明:所提出的断裂韧性可靠性模型可用于堆芯筒体的断裂风险评价;对于分析的瞬态,堆芯筒体无断裂风险。 Two reliability models of beltline fracture toughness are proposed considering dispersion of fracture toughness test data.Using these models,then,the fracture mechanics analysis and evaluation of beltline with axial crack in inner surface is completed.Results show that reliability models of fracture toughness can be used in the fracture risk assessment of core region of reactor pressure vessel and there is no fracture risk for beltline under the transient load used in this study.
